Konica Color SR 100 35mm photo film from 1989: deciphering edge marking on negatives

One strip has: "G Y" and " 4 7 8"
Another: "V" and "4 80"

I already know that, in general, they are probably coating alley IDs and emulsion/batch numbers.
Can anyone tell me exactly/specifically what they mean?
In particular, what date was each film strip manufactured in Japan?
