Hi, I have been trying to fix my old fellow friend, Konica autoreflex T3N. The camera has couple of issues. First one is related to shutter speeds. All other shutter speeds are working just fine but for some unknown reason the 1/4th of a second speed is very fast. It is the only speed that is not working correctly (by ear). Do you happen to have any idea what could be causing this behavior?

The second issue is that sometimes when firing the shutter, the mirror gets stuck halfway and will complete the cycle if you help it a little. It's a bit annoying since it happens randomly.

All tips are appreciated!
