Konica Autoreflex T3 - lube fast shutter speeds

Hi, there.

My Konica Autoreflex T3 is a bit reluctant to open the shutter while using 1/1000. Does anyone know what to clean/lube in order to fix it (pref. with images)?

If I let it rest for a while it doesnt open the shutter, but if I fire the shutter a couple of times it starts working again.

This is a good place to start, even though they're now charging $1/download.
