Koichi Inakoshi

Google Translate does a decent job on Japanese, although it's a tricky language to translate. Still, what I get from his website looks easy enough to understand. Perhaps that solves part of the issue?

Have done that, looking for more depth. Besides, I think he is an interesting photographer above average stardom level most people are accustomed to hearing about. So I'm hoping for some feedback from those who know more than I.
 
Certainly, I see what you mean. The website as such offers little concrete information. Thanks for bringing this interesting photographer to our attention!
