Kodalux L

I wonder if someone could help. I have the Kodalux L meter (the older version). There are four columns of numbers for f stop and speed. I understand the two columns on the right of the meter but can't understand the purpose of the two columns of numbers on the left of the meter (this is when looking down at the meter with the cell facing forward).

Any help would be appreciated.
