I used the use a fair bit of this and the 5072 35mm version.
All I can help is the Kodak cat number which is 122 1373 according to my records.
Good luck,
I think you'll need it
edit:
I know its not what you wanted exactly but a seller had some 4x5 here you could contact him see if he has more hope that helps:

Not Kodak, not 8x10 but 10" wide C-41 print film.

Steve;

I had a box of this product and tried it about 2 years ago, when the label showed it was about 5 years out of date. It was awful. Very foggy. It had been kept at RT all that time, or about 20 deg C. So, I would have to assume that the film keeps poorly. IDK for sure, but anything you get may be suspect.

Hi ron yes this seems to be the case I have had some in deep freeze which is great but i have tried using some that was at room temp ...it was less then desirable. Did you use 4111 when it was fresh ron? it was a brilliant kodak product wasnt it?

I have used it fresh to make transparencies from negatives. It and its predecessors were great films, designed like Eastman Color Print film or the current Vision print products. It had a high Dmax and long tone scale and the neg-pos combination could outdo any E6 slide hands down!

It is very fine grained and very slow. It is also very sharp. I have coated single layer experiments of an earlier version of this film, in order to improve image quality under some conditions. I think I may have a research disclosure published on this.

Dear Stephen,

I used to use a bunch of this film and I have a few 8x10 boxes in the freezer since the day I ordered from Kodak about 8 years ago. Please let me know if you still want them.
