Kodak Ultra Color 400/outdated

Just given 12 rolls dated 12/2006.Stored at room temperature.How should I rate this?

When I was still shooting this in 35mm I shot it at 250 and had them develop normally. But that was fresh. So I don't know.

I'd try one roll at 400 Mike before I went any further, and get it processed to get an indication of the speed .

I'd rate it at 200 fresh or not and process normal.
