Does anyone got some Plus-X or Super-XX in 4x5 or 8x10 they'd be open to trading for this cute little eye-catcher?
I'm also down for some Velvia 50, preferably recently or currently dated.

Bellows have pinholes, lens sticks, and one of the sliding locks is somewhat broken(but still closes and locks) fine. See pictures below(links) for more details. Not sure about light-fastness of the foam seals, but this could be a cool "project" to convert to 120 maybe?

There has been discussion on APUG about how to convert to 120, at least for the feed spool (which is really what matters).
