Kodak TMY: Green base?

I just developed my first roll of TMax 400. Does the film have a greenish base, or did I do something wrong in development?

The TMY-2 I've been using has a blue-ish antihalation coating that's removeable with a short presoak. I presoak with distilled water for several minutes or however long it takes me to get my developer ready.
