Kodak series adapter for Ikoflex iia?

I have a Kodak Series 6 adapter labeled on the box as 37mm slip-on. But the ring itself is labeled 36.5mm
Someone is asking me if it will fit a Ikoflex IIA. Does anyone know?

OD of the IIA lens bezel is 37mm. The fingers on the adapter will only have to splay out .5mm so it should work.
