For you consideration this Retina IIC from my personal collection. I'm moving in a different direction regarding 35mm.

When I got it I did a complete service including focusing helicoid and now camera works like a charm.

Lens is a Xenon 50mm f/2.8 near perfect and the photos are really good, I can provide link if requested.

The case is in perfect condition and I can drop a shade hood (rigid or rubber) whatever buyer prefers.

200 euro shipped and paypaled to EU, USA and Canada,

Any questions please let me know.

Thank you for looking,
Alex

The focus-scale on top is in feet, but the scale on the bottom is in meters. How did that happen?
The serial number on the top plate does not start with "EK", so it was not sold in the USA, making me think the top scale should be metric.

Perhaps it was aimed at the UK market.

There were a number of models that were only sold in the European market and I believe the IIC was one. Same with the Rodenstock Heligon. Most cameras with that lens don't have the EK marking. That's a nice example of the last of the folders.

But the top focus-scale is in feet, and the bottom scale (for wide-angle lens) is in meters.
Maybe the UK was in transition at this time, so Kodak gave them both units.

A new bright-line finder were added, in my opinion is a very nice viewfinder, I wear glasses and I can see the 50mm lines very comfortable without effort.

Quoting Chris Sherlock from his website:
"This folding 35mm rangefinder camera replaced the earlier Retina IIc (type 020) in 1957 and was only in production until the following year, with probably fewer than 20,000 being made. This model was apparently never marketed in the USA."

Honestly, first news about the difference in metrics and feet between upper and lower mark. I never tried the 35mm lens since they are big and you loose the folding option.
