Kodak Rebate on B&W Film

I just came across this today: Kodak is offering a $5 rebate on the purchase of 5 rolls of black and white film until the end of the year.

Mr. Goldfarb, the last time that they did this, I pointed out to them that there was TXP in the illustration about the form, and they said that there was no problem about getting the rebate on TXP—which I did. So I'm hoping that they will be equally cooperative this year.

After reading the form, I understand it as I can only do this for one purchase throughout the year, correct? Not, I can place 5 different purchases and get the rebate for all 5 if it is made over a different period of time.
