Kodak RAR 2496 and 2498, which film is this?

Hi all,

I have a few rolls of kodak RAR 2496 and 2498 and i have no idea about what type are they. I have a suspicion that they are orthochromatic. Would anyone know some developing tips or iso info etc? For example, can i use d19 for development? Many thanks!
