Kodak rapid fix, hardener, TMY-2

What are the pros and cons of hardening fixers with TMY-2? How does it effect fixing efficiency, or washing efficiency?

Good Morning, Bruce,

I have been using Kodak Rapid Fix with T-400 since the 1980's and with version 2 since it's been available. I know that I could probably eliminate the hardener, but I continue to use it. I fix for six minutes, use hypo clear, and wash at least 50-100% beyond the specified time. No problems.
