Just went on Kodak's web site and found an announcement for a new color paper that is optimized for optical and digital printing / exposures AND is available in sheets and rolls. Anyone know anything about this?
After reading that PDF through, I am not crazy about the fact that the back must say "Digital Paper". I wouldn't want someone to try to say my prints are digital!
I am not sure this in not an old Kodak post. The copyright is from years ago and the Kodak logo is the old logo. It also says
"The latest calibration files for Windows NT and
2000 (V4.3) and Macintosh (V4.3) operating systems
are available at www.kodak.com/go/hostswdownloads
for downloading and installation."
That really dates it.
To keep things confusing, Kodak's Tech Pub E-4004 makes no mention of sheets, only rolls. To make things even more confusing, both the tech publication and the sell sheet seem to indicate that this paper has been available since 2005, yet I have never seen it listed on their web site before now, nor have I ever seen it in person. Very curious.
