Selling an unopened box of Kodak Portra 160 8 x 10 color negative film expiry 07/2023. Kept frozen as long as I have had it. I had planned to cut it to 4 x 10 but find that using 120 roll film in a 6 x 17 camera is much more convenient. Some rippling on box top of the yellow cover paper. As with all expired film no guarantees.

Yes unfortunately mailing a parcel to the USA is no longer a simple straightforward process.

I think the comment wasn't in response to yours, and just an expression of regret from someone from the US who would have liked to have purchased this.
If it's any consolation: shipping to The Netherlands would have been relatively expensive if you also factor in the import fees, plus there would have been the risk of damaging the film in transport as a result of x-ray scanning.

In the past I have mailed many parcels containing camera gear from Canada to the USA and it was very straightforward. However with the end of the de minimis exemption shipping to the USA for me has now become a very complicated process using the mail system and courier system.
