Sorry if this is a dupe. Looks like Big Yellow still has hopes to get licensing deals with RIM and Apple which would mean $$$. Stock is up as a result. As long as this means we'll continue to get analog photography products from Kodak I don't care that it's because of digital imaging patent milking ;-)

Interesting, long-running dispute. Wonder if RIM backed off. Not sure the "Playbook" will be quite the game-changer the K-W Krew envisioned with tablet devices streaming onto the market. Will they be another Nortel?
