Kodak No.3 Supermatic Help
I came to own this lens and I really like it with my 5X7 6 3/8
but as I was cleaning the Kodak No.3 Supermatic the wife call on my attention
I dropped it and spring when flyin so here my need does anyone out there has
Info or schematic photo something that may show where the spring go

I presume you have the spring, and just need to return it to its home? Should be a web page around somewhere with photos. What kind of spring is it?

I found this page which shows how to fix a Flash Kodamatic and claims it's just a scaled down Supermatic -- maybe this will help?

Which spring?

The main spring should come around the cam counter-clockwise (12 o-clock) and attach to a spur at the top of the left side gear train (9 o-clock)

The hair springs for the T&B arms should be self explaining

The second main spring, under the main plate, goes from 9 o-clock to the cocking arm at 12 o-clock.

The self release spring assm goes at 6 o-clock. Tension this 1-1/2 strokes of the self release arm but NO MORE.

I'll see if I still have pix for this,
