Kodak News

You may indeed be first. I had not heard this.

So...

Kodak will keep some operations in Rochester.

Ok.

lease property there to two companies it will spin off as it restructures

The latest spin-off was their utilities supply plant. But actually it was sold to an energy company, thus it is not a spin off in the actual sense.
And, how many spin-offs are there already? Not much to my knowledge, so it is rather about attracting existing companies or new founded companies to settle down.

Finally a positive step! That is good for Rochester too.

Only weeks ago one major creditor (KPP) agreed to refrain of the majority of their financial claim, now fresh money is put into Kodak.
