Good eye.
Yes, it is made in China.
Maybe it's a copy?

A Swiss Army has a different file and the file ends in a screwdriver point. I have a couple of these Chinese promotional look-a-likes from different companies. None come even close to the real Swiss Army I've carried every day for years.

Nothing about it looks like any of my kid's Swiss Army Knife collection from the shape of the blade to the shape of the toothick, file serrations, and scissors. Looks like a cheap $2 junker. I seem to remember these from promo catalogs speicalizing in Chinese promo pieces that were knockoffs of everything from Rolex to Post-it Notes.
