Many thanks to all that answered, and so promptly.
The mystery has been cleared. I went to the link that MattKing suggested, and there, amongst other things, there are two tables, one for developing sheet film in trays, the other for roll film. The times for the same film are different depending on which type of film (sheet or roll) one uses. This also true for the Kodak information sheet G-13 (H) from many years ago, that I have.
What has happened is that the information on the label on the new bottle I bought mentions times for roll film, whilst the older bottle has the information for sheet film, which are longer, and the ones I knew. There is no link on either bottle to any Kodak publication.
The developing times I use for developing Tri-X 320 4x5 sheet film were obtained from doing the necessary Zone System tests, so I was only interested in knowing if the developer had changed. It turns out, thankfully, that only the label has changed. I will talk to Silverprint, where I bought the developer, to let them know, in case someone has the same doubts.
Again, many thanks to all that replied.
Best regards
