I purchased a set of 8x10 tanks on ***y and one has a hunk knocked out of a corner. I was compensated but since the piece fits back in perfectly I would like to know if anyone has repaired one and what they used for the adhesive.

Thanks
Curt

I have had good results using a two part epoxy cement. After mixing apply a small amount to each surface before reassembling. Hard rubber objects tend to become brittle with age.

I've also used epoxy, but these tanks are plentiful and cheap, so you might just buy more of them and use the cracked ones as washing tanks or for holding loaded hangers before transfering them to the developer.

David I think it will be a wash tank or better yet I like the idea of a hanger holder. I never thought of that it's better than hanging them up on a wire.
