Kodak Ektralite question

When the Kodak Ektralite 10 (25mm f8 pocket 110 camera with the built-in flash) first came out in the late 70s, the shutter speed was set by the cartridge tab at either 1/125 or 1/210. Sometime in the 80s, however, the camera was slightly redesigned and the shutter speed was set to a single speed. These later models can be identified as being without the sliding lens cover, were offered in several colors along with black, and sometimes carried alternate names such as the "Pazzazz" and in the UK the "Graffiti."

My question: Does anyone know what the single shutter speed was changed to in the later models (i.e. 1/125, 1/210, or something different)?

I have slightly modified a 110 cartridge for reloading non-perf 16mm film into this camera and am trying to figure out the best film speed to use under varying conditions.
