Kodak Ektacolor Developer Replenisher

Have any users of Kodak's Ektacolor Developer Replenisher RT/LU (product code 529 2396) noticed that the three bottles are smaller and hold roughly half the volume of what they used to. The instructions still state the kit will make 5 liters of working solution, so I'm wondering if its simply being made at a stronger concentration now?

I guess it is a stronger concentration. Also made in China now.
