"In the beginning of my career, I was using a Kodak slide film called EES, which was very difficult to expose, you couldn't trust it that much, but it became more beautiful the more you pushed it. Then they just stopped making it. It's hard for me to find film which has the same beauty. I've tried so many films & still not found one that's as beautiful."
Ellen von Unwerth

This quote from an interview intrigued me as I had never heard of this film before. I'd appreciate it if people could comment on this. In what years was this film type available? What was the ISO & what sizes was it available in? Did anyone else use it & think it was as good Ellen von Unwerth did? Was it mostly used for pushing? What did it look like in regards to grain & colour? Or anything else you care to contribute. Thanks.
