Bleach working solution is reached by diluting Agfa
AP70 BL 1:1 with water, but as common there are some different versions for different replenishment rates

So, that straight
AP70 BL Bleach should work perfect for you,
BL-R will need a small amount of starter to correct the pH.
This will be also true for AP71 and AP72 minilab processes

The Kodak E6 Fixer /Fix-replenisher should work excellent for C-41, no starter required
