Any owners out there care to give me a clue how to change from Celcius to Farenheit and to set the alarms?

Thanks

conversion of tempeture

Multiply the Celcius temperture by 1.8 and add 32 to get degrees F. Examples:0ºC x 1.8 =0 + 32 =32ºF. 100ºC x1.8=180 +32 = 212ºF. 40ºC x1.8=72 + 32 = 104ºF.

I am not familar with the thermometer in question and cannot help you there.
