Hi,
I would like to know if this paper developer can be used at 18 degrees C. I've heard PE and others say it can be used at room temperature(20C), but I'd like to know if this temp is too low. If it is ok, how long would I develop for? Also the Bleach fix replenisher, how long would I Blix? The reason I'm asking this is because my darkroom is in a basement that is close to 18C year round.

Thanks,
Rob.

Drum or tray processing? Trays will get a lot cooler in a couple of hours. Put a liter of 18C water in an 8x10 tray and let it sit for two hours and measure the temp.

My developer is at room temp which probably varies between 60-70. I don't think it's critical. If you want try using 3 minutes in the developer instead of 2.

2 to 3 minutes in each chemical (developer, blix) would be about right. You can experiment..color paper is just about the cheapest photo paper around. If the shadows are not dense enough, increase your development time. I don't think 18c is too low for it to work just fine, you will just have to do some tests for development times. Use the same time for blix as for development.
Once you work out YOUR time for YOUR room temperature, you should get good repeatable results all the time.

Thanks again for your help! I'll give it a shot and see how it works!
