Kodak D-76 powered, un mixed developer, exp 2023-04

Going to try some of this, and mix it up, is there any adjustments we need to make in developing time?

Unmixed, It lasts pretty much forever.

Does it say Sino Promise on the packaging?
If so, the results may be uncertain.

Do not know about D76, but I have used 50+ years old cans of powdered DK50, which has mostly the same ingredients as D76, without any issues, following Kodak recommended times. I got these cans from my late father estate, they were kept in his darkroom at ambient temperature.
