Too little, too late.

Another zesty slogan will not change the downward death spiral of the Great Yellow Father.

maybe, maybe not.
i worked in a coffee shop years ago where the manager was in charge of more than one store
she borrowed product, cups, coffee even employees. she shared stuff between 2 stores and it seemed like
the performance of the 2 stores were fantastic. she left and the store had 3 or 4 full time employees and were in shambles.
( before she was manager the store had maybe 20 employees and maybe 1o full time ) the 3 or 4 of us that were there
did our best to hold on as we felt like a dingy being tossed in a gale. visiting managers came for a few days the did not stay long
they couldn't deal with what seemed like a death spiral, but this guy named jack came, stuck around and fixed it all.
new "pars" were set ( for product, cups &c ) and new employees were hired and it was happy days again.
maybe with the film business card he will sell more movie film, and black and white &c
and make the sun shine in rochester, and the building ( 38 ? ) 's demolition will be delayed.
( for a little while at least ). i'm hopeful, even though i can't afford anything they sell ( not even dektol ). and maybe
they can have a happy presence here at the heartbeat analogue, apug.

All successful businesses, charities and clubs I have been associated with, pretty much had one thing in common, a very passionate leader or figurehead, who seemed to always be striving to go just that little bit more with every step and idea.

From the little exposure I have had of the new Kodak head, I think Kodak may pull one out of the hat with him and kick on.

Mick.

Agreed and I will do everything and anything in my power to help them, they deserve it.

Nice, but 120 film would be better. Or 4x5 for the ego driven. Size matters :]

People are forever misplacing the things though. I know I do, once I've used the hopefully black back of the card for a TO-DO list du jour. Maybe if you could give them something they couldn't easily misplace, like a carrot w/ your info on it, or maybe a small lizard w/ the info card attached (carefully) to the tail. They would have to take care of it that way like a pet (unless they have a cat, in which case, better go w/ the carrot).

Around 1988 or so I worked for Continental Bank in Chicago. We were trying to win a big cash management contract with Kodak so we set up a big meeting with them. The Product Management group had us all get new business cards that looked like Kodak's business cards that were printed on photo paper. When we went to pick up the cards from the Product Management group all hell broke loose. The vendor had printed them on ... yep, Fuji paper!!!!!!!! :D

Needless to say we were not given the Fuji cards and the vendor re-did them overnight on Kodak paper. I still have a couple of the Kodak paper cards. I wish I had gotten one of the Fuji paper cards. Oh, we did get the contract.

I rember the lad who came in to one place I worked to fix or maintain the Big BIG Kodak Copiers with the business cards that said "a Kodak Paper" on the back.

Yep. Thats it. The logo on the back did change though over the years as Kodak changed the label on the paper.

I thought of this idea years ago. I haven't used it yet, but I still will in the future.
