You could get the dev. replenisher from Adorama, (Along with starter too) - that could be used, sure. It's much cheaper that way.
The hardest thing to get mail-order is the bleach. Adorama and B&H won't ship it. Pakor.com will, but it's expensive to begin with, then add the frieght and hazmat costs and it gets pretty pricey. But that's how I got the chems I use.
Pakor adds hazmat charges for bleach, the Dev, and I think the fixer - not 100% on that but I can check at home on the invoice. That's for shipping UPS ground inside the USA.
I recall putting the adorama dev. replenisher in my cart and doing a shipping estimate and I don't think it added hazmat charge, so that may be cheaper than getting it from Pakor (even though Pakor is a few bucks cheaper on the actual item).
I'd help contribute info to a "Buying C-41 chems" thread if that would be useful. I went through all this not too long ago.
