Kodak Aristo Contact Paper

Does anybody have information on this paper.The only reference I have found is in the 5th Edition of the "Chemicals and Formulas" book from 1959. This only mentioned the developer it was best suited for. My 1949 and 1979 version of the Photo Lab Index does not mention it.

Could it be the same type of paper as an Aristotype print? Aristotype was a successor to albumen in the late 19th century.
