Unlike b&w film, all color films are processed the same way, including development times, so you can use any of various brands of kits for home use regardless of film brand. Are you talking about color negative film (C-41 chemicals) or transparency film (E6 chemicals)? Check out
www.freestylephoto.biz, Chemicals, Color Chemicals, and you'll see various chemical brands (Unicolor, Rollei, Fuji, etc.), some of which have instructions under PDF downloads.
Kodak Flexicolor chemicals are C41 chemicals for color negative film (see
www.uniquephoto.com).
There are quite a few threads on APUG on developing color film, so search them.
