Where can you find the technical information for processing Kodak colour film. The Alaris site is to say the least poor. I know they do not do the chemicals, but we are buying a system when we buy film. We need the processing data!

Unlike b&w film, all color films are processed the same way, including development times, so you can use any of various brands of kits for home use regardless of film brand. Are you talking about color negative film (C-41 chemicals) or transparency film (E6 chemicals)? Check out www.freestylephoto.biz, Chemicals, Color Chemicals, and you'll see various chemical brands (Unicolor, Rollei, Fuji, etc.), some of which have instructions under PDF downloads.

Kodak Flexicolor chemicals are C41 chemicals for color negative film (see www.uniquephoto.com).

There are quite a few threads on APUG on developing color film, so search them.

Go to the bottom of this link - the reference section.

If the few listings there aren't what you need, note the reference to the Z manuals therein, and contact Dominick Vacco by clicking on the name.

There was a recent thread about the Z manuals. Apparently Kodak Alaris is planning to update and re-publish those manuals.

Thanks for the link. I sent a note.

I have used the unicolour - tetenal kits but I think I found a source for SM chemicals in Canada. Hopefully it will work out.
