I've come to that spot between a rock and a hard place, and I've got to let this go in order to settle other obligations.

Good looking lens in well kept shape. Includes lens cap (not pictured.) Blades move smoothly.

Looking for $450. This price includes shipping to CONUS, PP fees, and insurance. Any reasonable offers will be entertained.

I have one of these lenses and it will just about make it on an 8x10. You will have little if any room for movements however. Currently, I use it on my Speed Graphic, and on my View camera for wet plate work. And if the pictures dont do it justice, its a Big chunk of glass. I just Love this lens. Yours is in Great Shape! very clean!

Here are some better photos that I just took for a few people who have expressed interest.

Thanks! I'm looking for a wet plate lens that is a little faster than my 6.3.

i just can't afford these damn brass lens.

This is great for wet plate, but for portraits, I'd stop down to f4. I just did a bunch of plates, and at 2.5, the plane is super shallow, and an inaccurate holder will yield soft results. It's a killer lens though.

I would love to have this, but it's not in the budget currently... Of course, there is always the chance of the lottery tomorrow.

There is a whole website dedicated to users of this lens on the speed graphic:
http://www.johndesq.com/graflex/aerousers.htm

I imagine it is a bear to nail focus with wide open!

Sold.
