I am pleased to say that the 4th quarter Kodak CTO newsletter features a beautiful print by Alex Hawley made on one of my Azo type papers. It shares the cover page with 9 other photos selected to grace the cover.

On page 18 are feature photos of myself, two more of Alex's prints and quotes from interviews with Alex and Denise Ross. The article also includes an interview with my friend Mark Osterman from GEH and credits to all who have made my work possible.

I post this to thank Alex, Denise, Bob, Paul, John, Ingo, Bruce and Mark.

The newsletter is copyright and for internal use only. At this time, I do not have permission to use it, but I wanted to thank those who contributed to it.

I would also like to thank Denise (another Denise at Kodak) for her efforts in making this possible, and John (another John at Kodak) for making this possible.

Thanks to everyone who have given their help to me and to Denise at EK, and all of my friends who have helped me along the way.

Well Done Ron and everybody involved. That is really a nice success story. Big EK showing a print made on home made emulsion that is something!

Ron - congrats.

Check with EK and see if they have it online. A lot of companies put these things online as a PR thing these days.

PE:

A translation of "CTO" would be greatly appreciated.

Do you think you could get permission to share the contents here?

Well done.

It is not on the internet (online). Kodak has at least 2 large internal networks and it is undoubtedly on one of them. The article is clearly marked "for internal use only" and a private copy was given me with the understanding that I not post anything from it without prior written approval. I will respect that.

CTO = Chief Technical Officer or the guy over the entire R&D effort at EK.
