I was at Best Buy tonight buying a vacuum cleaner, when I decided to stroll over and see what the camera department was doing. I looked at the film section and saw it was interesting they had Kodak 400TX 35mm 24exp. I looked closer and seen it was on clearance for 2.99 a roll. I grabbed the last 4 rolls. The expiration on it is 1/2009. Also they had Kodak BW400CN in 3 packs for 8.99 on clearance, but I already have 20+ rolls of that stuff.
Thanks for the tip- I'll stop by my local BBY after work. That's about a buck cheaper/roll than my beloved Central Camera downtown.
My loyalties to the specialized shop only run as deep as my wallet.
Now if only they'd put the Nikon N80 I've got my eye on on clearance...
Our does, which is suprising, because when I was in there this summer, all they had was kodak max 400 some 800 max, that is about it. I plan going to another one soon, hopefully they have some left there. I found 1 Walgreens, and 1 CVS here that sells it too, but I believe it is like 4.79/4.99 a roll.
