It looks pretty clean, Uses standard holders.
The only thing that might be problematic is the lack of the extension board. You would need the board
to use longer lenses, a normal is 300mm/12". The 7 1/2" is 190mm and wideish for that camera.
If it covers 8X10 you're good to go*
*Assuming you have all the other stuff you need for a view camera.
One thing you will run into is that with the older 5 x 7 cameras - the cameras and holders are not always the same size. There are plenty of old wooden holders on the used market, but you may want to find out if the newer fidelity or lisco holders will work. My 8 x 10 Kodak 2D takes the standard Fidelity and Lisco holders just fine. The old wooden ones are sometimes fine, but even if they are the right size, they might have slight warpage problems
Do you think I did ok on the price? I just want to try large format contact prints without getting the whole darkroom. I had 4x5 for a short time but I didn't give myself enough time to appreciate it so maybe this time I will.
I have a Kodak 2D 5x7 and an assortment of holders, both new and old and they all fit just fine. And you did fine on the price, considering you got a lens with it.
Have fun!

I think you got a good deal. I have one, and I'm sure you'll enjoy yours. Keep an eye out for the extension bed (and maybe a 4x5 back). All of my holders, old and modern, like Gene, work fine.
If you get a few photos you like with the camera you did ok. Get a load of good photos and it will have become a bargain. If you don't get many good photos...well, in that case you can probably make your money back if you re-sell. Just don't drop it
The camera looks in nice condition, maybe already restored? You have the tripod block, which is very useful. I don't know how anyone manages a camera of this design without one. Be patient if you look for a rear rail, sometimes good deals come along.
I received the camera today and it looks good. The back seems to be a different wood, it's much smoother and shinier. The lens looks good and the shutter sounds great. I bought a couple of film holders and my film will be here tomorrow but I still need a loupe and I might have to get a new tripod head. The one I have now is a ball head and I don't think that would be the best for this camera. I will probably be posting a couple of questions later on.
Nice camera. Looks to have been re-finished at some point. The original color was a dark reddish mahogany stain. Also the back is probably from an Eastman No. 2, which is the predecessor camera.
I was watching that camera. If I had the disposable funds I would have bid. From the description and the photos I would say you got your moneys worth. 5X7 is a wonderful format for contact printing.
