Found one! Yay!

The title pretty much says it all. This ring is a push-on mount at 2-1/8" (54mm) and accepts Series VIII filters. Have you got one hanging around?

You didn't see any 70mm on the slip-on side when you were looking did you?
 
Kodak must have employed 10,000 people making different series adapter rings. Series VIII are challenging.
