I love both the films...though in my mind comparing them is sort of an apples to oranges thing. Plus-X is the first B&W film I ever shot, pretty much exclusively for a year or so. It's a nice forgiving film with a very nice grain. Acros 100 is something I've only shot in 120 and 4x5--I really REALLY like it. I cannot give you a good reason for liking it so much. Weird? Yes, but that seems to be the way it is. It's almost a subconscious thing. Whenever I grab film on the way out the door, I always go for the Acros. Maybe it's just familiarity--that is one reason many favorite films become favorite films!
