Hello- I am new to these forums. I was wondering how many people in New England are still shooting the beloved Kodachrome. I am so happy to have found this website. It is nice to have escaped from the Digital World of thought. I have never owned a digital camera and I hope I never do!

Welcome Ekta!
As a humorous addition to your sig line I'd suggest "Shoot Kodachrome! Pull (or push) that old film.......".

I just realized that i haven't used chrome film in a long....long time. Hmmmm southeastern Mass...where are you located? I'm along the coast...

Welcome Ekta from the other end of the state. Sorry, I haven't shot Kodachrome in years... they don't make it in 4x5 or 5x7!
I hope to meet you some day at one of our NE-APUG gatherings.

Welcome from the other end of New England, Ekta, and no I haven't shot with Kodachrome for a long time, either.

Hello back to everyone. I am in a fairly small town near New Bedford. I am in Freetown. You guys should really try some Kodachrome again! It can be as simple as having it sent out through WalMart for $6 per roll!! I recommend checking out the Kodachrome Project forums which you can find through going through the Kodachrome Project site that is in my signature. It is really some great stuff!

I sure love Maine! What part of Maine are you in?

sounds like a day-trip shooting adventure to the south coast is in the making....now, where's the coffee shop?

Welcome from a bit north and west.
I love transparencies, and especially Kodachrome. It's too bad you can only get and process 35mm now days.

You all don't know what you have been missing!!

I'm in Maine, and Kodachrome is my favorite color film by far. I have a little stockpile of K64 in my freezer and will take about 10 rolls with me on my trip to Arizona next week. Good times!

What part of maine are you in? I have lots of family in the Scarborough and Saco area. I also have a place up in Andover.

I'm just up in Portland and am usually out and about early weekend mornings. If you're heading up this way sometime, shoot me a note and maybe we can meet up for some shooting.

I'm in Auburn. But since not everyone's heard of that, across the river from Lewiston. And since not everyone's heard of that, I'm midway between Portland and Augusta, if one is on the turnpike. But since you have a place in Andover, you probably knew that.

Actually, I knew where those places were. I'll give you a shout or e-mail you any shots I am in your area

This is the most asked question on APUG.

Yes, a roll every now and then.

Anyone shoot any Kodachrome lately?
