Theres very little on google regarding this film. Does anyone here have any example photos? All I've been able to learn is that

1) Its grainy
2) It has some special capabilities for sunsets

Daniel.

It's also prone to reddish/magenta casts, which are exaggerated if you push it to EI 500 (Dwayne's can do this), which once made it an attractive film for indoor sports, because the color cast offset the cast of the typical gymnasium lighting.

I've used it occasionally and never really liked it, though I like K25 and K64. If you need a 200 speed slide film, Provia 100F pushes one stop very nicely.

It also had a nasty case of color shift with any exposures of 1/2 sec or longer. 1 or 2 seconds would get you about 10-20 points of magenta. I tried one or two rolls when it first came out, being a Kodachrome 25 user (and 64 when I really needed some speed), but I never bought more. Haven't tried any since, so don't know if it's reformulated or "improved".

I'd go with David's suggestion of pushed Provia, or even one of the Ektachrome 200's first.
