Kilfitt Tele-Kilar 300mm/f5.6 telephoto lens with Leica M mount. A Leitz Wetzlar Visoflex is attached and functional. Focus via the 45-degree finder, press the button on the side of the Visoflex to lift the mirror, then fire the shutter on the camera. The Visoflex has a tripod mount hole.

Lens glass is reasonably clean and clear.
