Hello! You can make one out of a film spool. Just cut into the middle column. It doesn’t look pretty but it works.

I’m pretty sure the Kiev takes the same spools as the Contax. the reloadable cassettes for the Contax fit in both sides so you can spool the film into another cassette and don’t need to rewind. I have a few of the Contax cassettes that go for $20 each and one take up spool For $10, not including shipping from Seattle. There are also plenty of them available on eBay. I would try what BorHa said first.
