When it was made by Kentmere it was the same emulsion, they produced the warmtone effect by doing adding something to the same basic emulsion, and at the time it was a far better warmtone paper than the Ilford, product, at least I thought so, I used it a lot, I also used and continue to use the RC paper my main paper, no other RC paper comes close to it in terms of sepia toning, as to whether Harmon still use the same emulsion in the Kentmere paper today I wouldn't know, but I would assume so as old and new Kentmere paper tones as well, it was, IIRC a uniqe emulsion to them that they called a Bromo Ioade emulsion and is at least a stop faster than anything else on the market today
