Kalart Synchronize Range Finder
What you see is what you get. Notice the scratch by the word Synchronize. Looking through the view finder moves the spot and appears to look normal, at least compared to my other 4 Graflexs. I don't know what else is needed. Another APUG member has requested photos and has first dibs on this, if he wants it.
