Kalart flashgun cables

I recently acquired a Kalart flashgun. More specifically, the Kalart Synchronization Len-coupled Rangefinder Module.

Unfortunately, the cable insulation came apart in my hands. The cable has a double prong end that doesn't look like anything on the flashbulbs.com page. It looks like two earphone jacks, side-by-side. Not like a "household" doubl-prong.

Anyone have any idea where I might find such a beast? Ideal would be a pc connector on the other end, but I'll settle for something I can find an adapter for.

Can you post a picture of what you have? I have lots of the older cables and may have what you need.
