Nothing special actually.

It is just the film carrier from the Kaiser enlarger System V and the respective masks.
Only that at higher price in alternative kit they included that lighting board.

For that 200€ you get a used Kaiser enlarger plus a used Novoflex bellows and a new light board.

Thanks AgX! I was suspecting the same... I indeed got a used Kaiser enlarger and an easel for those 200€. I only use the vertical column of the Kaiser enlarger for DSLR scanning, as I have a much nicer Durst for real enlargements. The Kaiser enlarger was a byproduct of buying that easel!

So you already got the filmholder!
If you now succeed do mount your camera instead of the enlarger head and mount the right lens and get the extension right, you might not even need the macro bellows, but only a light source. You might even use the colour head.
