I loaded my kaiser bulk loader with an HP5+ 35mm, everything seems ok. I just processed first test roll. There are images on it and needs more washing as I write this post
However there is one thing bugging me. The back of the loader, the big round cap, it is slightly moving. The screwing system is ok, it is completely screwed in. Considering the depth of the cap, light leak seems unlikely to me. But I don't know if it is safe, this is the first time I used a bulk loader and I don't know for sure if that is ok.
What do you say? Any experiences?

It is perfectly set. I just went to my darkroom and checked my Kaiser bulk loader, it does exactly as you describe. I have had it for about 30 years and put many, many rolls through it.

The many copies of this bulk film loader also have the big round cap turning, think Hansa and the Japanese companies as well.

Mick.
