I am looking for the manual for this nifty little machine.

Not sure of the particular need. While people tend to save instruction manuals for cameras, the instructions for such things as loaders are usually discarded. As an old friend was fond of saying of such things, "They work like a hose." A hose being the world's simplest input/output device. However, there are several websites that describe bulk loading in general while not being specific to a particular loader.
